SHIPPING POLICY

How long does it take to process my order?
We work to get your orders out as quickly as we can!  We ask that you allow 2-3 business days for your domestic order to be processed before it is shipped.
We are not currently accepting international orders.


How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders are shipping through USPS, which typically takes 5-7 business days from the time your order is placed before it arrives to you!
Please note due to Covid-19 there may be shipping delays that are outside of our control. 


Can I ship orders to multiple addresses?
Customers are currently limited to one mailing address per order.  If you need to ship to multiple individuals, please submit separate orders!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Do you accept returns?

We only accept exchanges on candles. In order to be eligible for an exchange, all products must remain unused and in a re-sellable condition, and must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.  To begin an initiation return process, please email us at qulityqueensco@gmail.com

Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers will be responsible for the cost to ship items back to us.

Due to health and safety requirements, all personal products are FINAL SALE.

I received the wrong item!  What do I do?

If you received the wrong item, we will correct it as soon as possible.  Email us at qualityqueensco@gmail.com and we’ll review the best course of action to resolve the issue.
